OK. Today weighed myself and I am like 71.4kg. Well, that's keeping the weight down. Dicided to try out my business shirts, as I'd stop wearing cos' quite tight lah!

Wah! at least don't feel as if i am bursting in the seams with it. Very happy leh!

Pants also not so tight. Haha!

Gonna keep this up during the weekend. promise not to binge.

Was just sharing with Client on American Idol. Love Danny Gokey but Adam Lambert was really good last night. Wow..talk about transformation.
